Here's a little recap of the Howard's Appliances signing with Angels Manager Mike Scioscia and 1st Baseman Mark Trumbo. Well i showed up to Howard's at 1:50am... thats right i said 1:50am. Its a good thing i did. Some Dodger Fans showed up about 2:45. I cant have some dodger Fans beat us Angels at our own signing. I do have to say the Dodger fans were some cool guys to be around. not your everday stupid dodger fans.There was some good clean trash talking, but thats apart of baseball. Anyways, by me getting to the event so early. yes, i was first in line. when i first arrived to Howard's i thought i was going to be ask to leave by security. Around 3:30am security came to set up for the event and were very nice. Around 5-6am people really started to show up. There was guys selling Mark Trumbo photo's,Bats,Balls,Angels and Dodgers mini helmets. Around 9:45 people were taking there chairs back to there cars and started to get ready for the event. Mark Trumbo arrive about 9:50am and Mike Scioscia around 10:30am. Scioscia was 30 minutes late. As soon as Mike Scioscia showed up the event started right away. My buddy Tim and his son lil Tim was as happy to see Mike Scioscia as me and my Family was. The first 300 fans received the sock rally monkey, the very same sock rally monkey that has been popping up at every Angels game. Sorry to say that there was about 800 people waiting to meet Scioscia and Trumbo. The signing was only for two hours, I doubt everyone was able to receive their autographs. next time show up early! I would like to thank everyone at Howard's Appliances for making this possible for the fans!
